Safety of students and staff is a top priority of Hopkins County Schools. We have a School Resource Officer in each of our schools. SROs are sworn law enforcement officers who have specialized training to work with youth at school sites. Our SROs are employed by Madisonville Police Department and Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department. They work in our schools thanks to a partnership Hopkins County Schools has with these law enforcement agencies.
