AT&T Discounts on Cellular Service

Hopkins County School employees may receive a 15% discount on monthly recurring cellular service from AT&T. To sign up, visit the AT&T website. Enter your district email address for verification of employment. If you qualify for discounts, you will receive an email to your district account with more information on how to take advantage of AT&T discounts.

Columbia Employee Store

Hopkins County Schools employees receive periodic invitations to shop at the Columbia Employee Store in Henderson. The most recent invitation will be available at this link. Individuals must present the invitation (printed or on mobile device), district ID such as paystub, business card, badge, etc., and personal ID.

Glema Mahr Center for the Arts (2023-2024)

Employees of Hopkins County Schools can now get their discounted Glema Center event tickets online. Visit the Glema Center ticketing website and use coupon code HCS2324 for 25% off adult tickets. Microsoft Student/Faculty Select Program

Students as well as district faculty and staff may purchase Microsoft software at educational/discounted prices. KDEs Academic Select Agreement with Dell and Microsoft includes Microsoft's Student Select program; eAcademy has set up a website for purchasing software through this program.

If you are interested in purchasing Microsoft software, go to the Microsoft website and select the product you are interested in purchasing. The process requires authentication of eligibility for purchase. For employees, your district email address is used for authentication. For students and others without a institutional assigned email address, other authentication documentation is required.
