The Hopkins County Board of Education will be receiving responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms for engineering services for James Madison Middle School HVAC Upgrades. Firms wishing to respond shall communicate intent to submit proposals to Assistant Superintendent Marty Cline at marty.cline@hopkins.kyschools.us.

A copy of the RFP may also be picked up at the following address during normal business hours (8:00 am-4:00 pm CDT Monday-Friday):

RFP submittals will be due August 26, 2026 at 9:00 am CDT at the Hopkins County Board of Education at the above address. All submittals will become the property of the Hopkins County Board of Education and will not be returned.
