Bid packets may be picked up weekdays at the Hopkins County Board of Education located at 320 South Seminary Street in Madisonville, KY 42431 or by calling 270-825-6000 between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
When the bid is submitted, the bid number #2026FIREALARMS must be marked on the outside of the envelope and mailed or hand carried to the Hopkins County Board of Education at 320 South Seminary Street Madisonville, KY 42431 and returned to the attention of George Jones, Facility/Maintenance Department at the Hopkins County Board of Education at 320 South Seminary Street in Madisonville, KY 42431 by 9:00 am on May 7, 2025 prior to the bid opening on May 7, 2025 at 10:00 am. The Hopkins County Board of Education will not be held responsible for late mail and/or deliveries beyond the bid opening date and time. The Hopkins County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid proposals.
