Invitation to Bid

The Hopkins County board of Education is currently seeking automotive bids for the Hopkins County Board of Education Maintenance Fleet. Bid package includes specification on one Three Quarter Ton Four Wheel Drive Custom or Work Truck.

Bid specifications may be picked up weekdays at the Hopkins County Board of Education, located at 320 South Seminary Street in Madisonville, KY, or by calling 270-825-6000 between 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Sealed bids must be properly marked and returned to the attention of Jerry Russ, Facility/Maintenance Department, at the Hopkins County Board of Education prior to the bid opening at 10:00 am on March 4, 2026. The Hopkins County Board of Education will not be held responsible for late mail and/or deliveries beyond the bid opening date and time. The Hopkins County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any, and / or all bid proposals.
