Traceable communications between students and teachers, school employees, and school volunteers is now required under a law passed by the Kentucky General Assembly (KRS 160.145). You may have heard this referred to as SB 181. The primary goal of this legislation is to protect students from potential inappropriate interactions.
A traceable communication system is a digital platform through which teachers, school employees, coaches, and volunteers communicate electronically with students.
