We invite the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Hopkins County Central High School. This ceremony will celebrate the opening of the two new high school auxiliary gyms and storm shelters.

The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house at Hopkins County Central that will include self-guided tours of the addition including the Auxiliary Gym/Storm Shelter and athletic recognition hall, refreshments, and photo opportunities. Parking will be available behind the building.
